Ignite DEX ("Ignite," "we," "our," or "Protocol") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with Ignite DEX interfaces (web app at ignite.trade, dashboards), documentation and related services, and smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure. Because Ignite DEX is a decentralized, non-custodial protocol, we collect limited personal data.

2. Key Principle: Non-Custodial and Minimal Data Collection

  • Ignite DEX does not require account registration.
  • Ignite DEX does not custody user funds.
  • Ignite DEX does not directly collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless voluntarily provided.
  • However, certain data may still be collected automatically or via third-party services.

3. Information We May Collect

  • 3.1 Blockchain Data (Public by Nature): Wallet addresses, transaction history, token balances and interactions may be recorded on public blockchains. This data is public, immutable, and not controlled by Ignite.
  • 3.2 Automatically Collected Data (Web Interface): IP address, browser type and device information, pages visited and interaction data, timestamps and session activity.
  • This data is typically collected via cookies, analytics tools, and log files.
  • 3.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies to improve user experience, analyze usage patterns, and maintain session preferences. You can disable cookies via your browser settings.
  • 3.4 Voluntarily Provided Information: If you contact us or interact with community channels, we may collect email address, username or social handle, and any information you choose to provide.
  • 3.5 Third-Party Data Sources: We may rely on analytics services, wallet providers, and RPC or node infrastructure providers. These services may collect data independently under their own policies.

4. How We Use Information

  • Operate and maintain Ignite DEX interfaces.
